Bluetooth vs Remote Access

The lock connects directly to your phone through Bluetooth for nearby app control.

If you want to manage or unlock the door remotely when you're away, a compatible ZigBee Bluetooth gateway is required and sold separately.

Compatibility & Important Notes

• Designed for compatible single-hole door lock installations.
• Suitable for door thickness approximately 30 to 52mm.
• Adjustable latch backset supports 60mm or 70mm.
• Double-hole/mortise-style lock installations shown as incompatible should not be used without confirming compatibility.
• Uses 4 AAA batteries, not included.
• Type-C port provides emergency power only. It does not recharge the batteries.
