Yes. We offer a 30-day warranty on eligible products, with options for replacement, exchange, or refund. Terms and conditions apply.
What are your store hours?
We’re available Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 10 AM to 6 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently deliver only within Trinidad & Tobago.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days in Trinidad and 1–5 business days in Tobago.
What are your delivery rates?
Delivery fees are $35 TTD for Trinidad and $50 TTD for Tobago. Charges are confirmed before dispatch.
Do you have a pickup location?
Yes. Pickup is available at 61–62 Factory Road, Piarco, and most orders are ready within 1 hour.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously and protect your personal information.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours.
