Return and Refund Policy

7-Day Warranty (Manufacturer’s Defects Only)

Our 7-day warranty applies exclusively to confirmed manufacturing defects. If you discover a genuine defect within seven days of receiving your product, you have two options:

  1. Replacement of the same item
  2. Refund for items priced above 200 TTD

 

Exclusions & Conditions

  • Change of Mind/Preference

This warranty does not cover cases where a customer simply changes their mind.

  • No Refunds for Products Under 200 TTD

Items priced below 200 TTD are not eligible for a refund. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed for these items, a replacement will be offered instead.

    • Original Packaging & Accessories

    The product must be returned in its original package, with all accessories and documentation. Missing items may result in denial of the refund or replacement.

    • Used or Damaged Items

    Items showing signs of misuse, mishandling, or damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect are not eligible.

    • Pickup

    We require the customer to bring the item to our pickup location for inspection, This ensures that the product is assessed by one of our technicians and is returned in complete condition speeding up the resolution process.

    • Delivery Option (If You Can’t Visit Us):

    If you’re unable to bring the item to our pickup location, we can arrange for a delivery driver to pick up the product. Once it’s inspected at our location, if there is no valid manufacturing defect, you (the customer) will be responsible for the delivery fees.
